Year-Round SessionsAustin Society of Karate (ASK) offers classes year-round, in 4 quarters, or sessions. Students are free to participate in any combination of sessions each year with no contracts. Each session is structured so that the student will learn a new set of skills, demonstrate their skills in competition, and test for advancement up to the next belt level.

Affordable TuitionTuition at most ASK locations average around $60-$80 per quarter (session). A quarter is 8-11 weeks depending on Holidays, Spring Break, etc. The average tuition for the year is $240-$280.

Class ScheduleThe classes for both adults and kids typically consists of warm ups, some conditioning drills, techniques, and sparring. The techniques taught range from competition oriented techniques to self defense. Depending on skill level, there is also a focus on kata, which is a series of moves working on proper form and positioning.
