Year-Round SessionsAustin Society of Karate (ASK) offers classes year-round, in 4 quarters, or sessions. Students are free to participate in any combination of sessions each year with no contracts. Each session is structured so that the student will learn a new set of skills, demonstrate their skills in competition, and test for advancement up to the next belt level.

Affordable TuitionTuition at most ASK locations average around $60-$80 per quarter (session). A quarter is 8-11 weeks depending on Holidays, Spring Break, etc. The average tuition for the year is $240-$280.

Class ScheduleThe classes for both adults and kids typically consist of warm ups, some conditioning drills, techniques, and sparring. The techniques taught range from competition-oriented techniques to self-defense. Depending on skill level, there is also a focus on kata, which is a series of moves working on proper form and positioning.
